Promo Codes are used by customers to claim a Promotion. You can upload your own set of codes or generate Promo Codes in CREST ERP yourself .
To upload your own codes, set the parameters and after selecting the code file, click Add.
You can also add a Single code manually, that can be allowed for single use or repeated use. Click the New Promotion Code link, enter the alphanumeric or numeric code with the usage parameters and click Add.
To allow CREST ERP generate the codes for you, you can use any of the three layouts: Smart, Normal or Sequence.
Under the Smart layout, alphanumeric codes are generated in all caps.
Normal code are a mix of alphanumeric codes in caps and small letters.
Sequence layout will generate purely numeric codes and if you have already added any numeric code, the sequence will be continued from that code.
