Opportunity Follw-up

As already explained, you can initiate a follow-up Activity – a phone call, event or task – in three ways

1. Clicking the New Activity link against the Opportunity from the list of Opportunities
2. Clicking the New Activity link from the Opportunity page
3. Clicking the Create link on the Activities home page

In all cases, the process is the same as already explained under Follow-up Activities
