CREST ERP keeps track of changes to a Purchase Order. Click the View Order History link in the Actions menu group at the bottom of the Order screen to open the detailed history screen
Order history is grouped by status, order quantity, order item price and Shipment.
These can be used to track and trace changes to the respective users, if required. As the history record cannot be changed by any user, it serves as a strong proof of an Order’s progress.
