Managing Shipment Schedules

Click the Receive Inventory link from the Actions menu group at the bottom of the Purchase Order

Or, click Create Shipment from the Purchase Order listing

This opens the Shipments screen under FACILITIES. Create Shipments the usual way. Choose the Ship Group and automatically the same is assigned as Destination Facility. The most important data here is the Estimated Arrival Date. This will help you neatly track shipment arrivals.

When you have created the shipments for the entire Order, this is how the Shipments List looks like

!Estimated Ship Date has no data in the report. This is a bug

You can filter Shipments by the key parameters and thus keep a good control on logistic operations

!Most of the filters do not work, return no data. This is a bug

You should update the Arrival Dates based on actual information available so that the schedules are reliable.
