Once a Production Run is created, several related menu tabs get activated.

Tab #1: Edit Production Run

The screen allows you to update the name label, description and start date of the Order. No other detail can be updated.

The Tasks panel carries the following details about Routing Tasks for the Order

The Materials panel shows the components of the BOM, quantities required and available in stock.

The Actions menu group in the footer of the page has the following links

The Order Items link lists any Purchase Orders for component items, if any. The *Fixed Assets*link lists all Fixed Assets assigned to the Production Run.

Every tab is discussed in detail in the following sections, so that you set up the Production Run correctly, without resorting to trial & error.
