CRM REPORTS

A set of predefined reports for Leads and Opportunities, that download as XLS files, are available in CREST CRM.

Reports are grouped for Leads and Opportunities. None of the reports allow parameters, except the Lead Report, and download starts when you click Generate. The Lead Report accepts parameters and gives you flexibility in generating only the exact data you are interested in.

All reports are self-explanatory. These have been listed with snapshots in the following sections
