Create Party From Lead

When you are creating a Quote on a new Lead and not an existing Customer, you need to convert the Lead into a Party in CREST ERP. Until then, you will see the Create Party Group link against Party ID for the Quote.

Clicking this will open the New Party creation screen (Create Party Group).

The Party will be automatically assigned ‘Customer’ role. Click Create & Assign and you will be asked to choose the Oragnisations the Party will be assigned to. Click Assign and the Party will be created.

The Quote gets automatically updated with the Party ID.
