Initiate A Quick Return

To begin, click on the Create Return link from the Action menu links at the bottom of a Sales Order

The Order Item Details page is shown, where you can choose the items and quantities, and other details for the return.

*For the time being, use only “Did not want item’ or ‘Defective item’ for Return reason. Use ‘Refund’ or ‘Wait replacement’ for Return type

Choose the suitable Item status. Click the checkbox against the item to select it. Click Select All to choose all items on the order, if there are several items.
