Banking and money accounts, other than Cash, in CREST ERP are termed Financial Accounts. These include bank deposits, financial investments, gift certificates etc.
On the home screen, you can search and list Financial Accounts
To add a new Financial Account, click the Create Financial Account link.
Choose the Type of account from the dropdown. Set the status to Active. The Actual name of the account and number can be entered. Leave the Account PIN blank. Set the organisation party to ‘Company’. An Owner Party can be assigned, if the account will be used exclusively by any customer. The correct Currency should be selected for the account.
The From and Thru dates for operation of the account can be entered optionally. Leave the ‘Is Refundable’, ‘Replenish Payment ID’ and ‘Replenish Level’ can be left blank.
Click Create.
