Picking The Supplier

The next step in choosing the party to fulfill the Requirement is to compare the Quotes based on RFQ.

To compare Quotes, click the Quote Comparison tab on the Quotes home page

On the Quote Comparison page, search and find the RFQ for comparing Quotes and click Compare. This will list all Quotes against the RFQ side by side.

Identify the Quote to be approved based on this. Click the Quote link and approve. Come back to the Comparison page and reject other Quotes one by one.
