Define whether the item is returnable or shipping must be charged separately etc. for the item in this section. If the item is sold in boxes/packs, the number of units per box shall be provided.

If you choose to create keywords automatically, they will be added based on the product name and description (‘comments’). These keywords are primarily for E-commerce and the same can be looked up under the Keywords tab of E-Commerce Configs. You can edit them as well as add/remove keywords.
