Once a new Account is added, you can update it with additional information, as shown below. Search and list the Account and click its name link to open the Profile.

  • Party Group
  • Contact info
  • Payment Methods
  • Lead Source
  • Notes
  • Collateral/content
  • Adding new Contacts or Linking existing Contacts

To Edit Party Group, click the link on the Profile page. Click Update to save changes

To Add new Contact Info, click New Contact Info on the Contact Information panel

Click the New Billing Account link on the Payment Methods panel to add a Payment Method/Billing Account. However, this is unlikely to be used until the Account becomes a Customer.

Since the Account is not converted from a Lead, you can also capture the source of the Lead in the Lead Source panel.

You can upload documents for the Account in the Party Content panel. Choose the file and click Upload.

You can add a new Contact person for the Account by clicking the Create New Contact link on the List Related Contacts panel

You can also link an existing person to this Account, by clicking Link Contacts.
