Lead Category Labels

You can define your own set of Lead Category labels, which decide the next course of action for specific Leads.

To add a new Category, enter a Name and click Add on the Lead Category home page.

You can delete a Category by clicking the link against it. If you want to rename a Category, enter the new label and click Update against it.

*Category labels will be listed in the order shown on screen. If you want to re-arrange the labels , edit them one by one and click Update. There is no option to drag and drop to rearrange them
