Chart of Accounts Mapping

Every organisation makes use of the Global Chart of Accounts (CoA) as the base template. All Ledgers or Heads of Accounts must first be created in the Global CoA, as Ledgers are not allowed to be created in the companies/organisations.

To map an account to the Global CoA in an organisation, click Create New Account on the Chart of Accounts Mapping home page

You can choose the Account to be mapped and click Create. The selected account will be mapped

*There is no option to independently list and view the Chart of Accounts mapped for an organisation.

To unmap a GL Account for an Organization, unassign the organisation from the Account. Refer Delete a GL Account
