An Activity will undergo several updates during its lifecycle. As soon as you create a new Activity, its page opens in the edit mode. Apart from the main scheduling aspects, you can also add Notes and attach documents to it.

However, you would access an Activity in the normal course from the Activity List. Click the Edit link to open it for modifications

Some of the common changes to be made to an Activity are:

  • Re-assigning it to another team member
  • Changing the Activity name, description or purpose
  • Changing the type of Activity – Call, Event or Task
  • Changing the Activity status
  • Estimated Start and End dates

You cannot change the Priority assigned to an Activity.
