The Workflow for STO can be defined to control the process. It can be set to be auto-approved on creation or it can trigger an approval workflow.
In this illustration, the STO has been auto-approved. If an approval workflow is triggered, it will be similar to a regular Sales Order workflow.
Once an STO has been approved, the options to Cancel, Amend or Hold it will be available
If the STO is opened for amendment, the Edit Order link will be available in the footer menu group.
The Approve link is enabled and it will have to be approved once again.
