Quote Amendment

Any change made to a Quote or Order after it has been approved is called an ‘amendment’. Click Quote Amendment from the top menu and the Quote will be reopened for amendments, post-approval.

Click the Edit tab and make changes, as may be required and click Update to save the changes. This completes amendment of the Quote.

*Note that until the Quote is approved again, you will be able to amend it. This includes adjusting Quote Items, removing an existing item or adding new items

When the amendments are final, click Approve Quote and the status will change to ‘Approved’. The Quote will now become read-only. However, you can continue to add to, or remove from, a Quote any documentary content..
