On the Return Items tab, choose the order to be returned in part or in full and the quantities of items to be returned

Normal return-order and item details-CREST ERP

Click on the Return Selected Item(s) button at the bottom of the screen. The items are selected and added to the return. If necessary, you can choose more Sales Orders and add items from them to the same return order.

If any item has to be removed from the return order, click Remove against the item

Normal return-acceptance-CREST ERP

Click Accept Return to confirm the return

This will activate the Shipment and Receive Return links for the return order

Normal return-shipment ID and receive return links created-CREST ERP
