Interactions With A Lead

Once you record a Lead, you will have a few follow-up interactions with them to collect more information and understand their intent. These will be captured in CREST CRM as Activities.

To enter an Activity for a Lead from the Lead list, click the ‘+’ against the lead.

You can also do this from the Lead details page, by clicking the Create Activity link

In either case, the New Activity screen will open with the Lead reference.
