Routing

As already explained, a Routing is a sequence of tasks to be performed one after the other in order to make a finished product.

Once you have created and reviewed your Routing Tasks, you can design your Workcenter Routing.

You will find the New Routing link on the main Routing screen.

Give the routing a Name and an appropriate Description. You can optionally enter the Quantity to Produce. You can keep the initial Status of the new routing to INACTIVE, so that it is not included in a Production Run by mistake.

The new routing is created when you click Create and additional tabs get activated.

Now you need to associate Routing Tasks and Products with the routing, as explained in following sections
