Step 21: Generate Subcatchment

Click the Catchment Generation” button in the *Micro-Drainage tab.

In the pop-up message box asking about removing all existing catchment areas, click OK. The Subcatchment will be created and added to the map.

*The overland nodes (mostly junctions and storage units) where the Delineate box in the Properties tab is checked on are used as the potential Outlet point for catchment generation. To adjust catchment boundary, consider to add, remove or relocate overland nodes, add, remove or relocate delineation nodes or toggle on/off the Delineate checkbox.
