Operations

This section will introduce the conversion of Operation objects when importing an OTTHYMO project to VOSWMM. The OTTHYMO Junction is not converted, because its function in OTTHYMO is only to read the results from its parent command and the readings at those junctions are already included by the conversion and connection of other commands.
