6.3.10 Labeling Layer

Attribute values can be displayed on top of features on the map. To create the label:

1. Select the Layer Properties menu from layer context menu. The Layer Properties window will appear.
2. Click on Label tab.
3. Check the Display Label.
4. Select a field from the attribute list to add the field into the expression string.
5. Click the OK button.

The value of selected field will be labeled on top of the feature as shown below.
