If a patron approaches Lifeguards to hand in lost property:

  1. Inform ‘Control’ of the item that is lost.
  2. Inform ‘Control’ of the location of the item.
  3. Upon rotation hand in lost item into the Visitor Information Center. If unable to do so due to operational requirements, ask ‘Control’ if a Security Officer is able to take the item to the Visitor Information Centre.
  4. If a Security Officer is unable to attend, leave the item at the reported location until a Lifeguard or Security Officer is available to take the item to the Visitor Information Centre.
