24.10. LGS RWL 2.3 Daily Report Writing

Purpose

It is the responsibility of all Lifeguards to record all information for their shift. This is to be done in the ‘Lifeguard Daily Diary’ & via Iphone for LIMSOC stats.

See below examples –

• First Aid (Type, Cause, Medical Attention) – Any and all First Aid
• Preventative actions
• By-Laws
• Public Relations
• Rescues Performed (Type, Time)
• Attendance
• Lagoon Closed / Hours extended
