Introduction

The SLSQ staff handbook is written for all SLSQ employees including the Lifeguards.

Where the information in the staff handbook does not apply to Lifeguards there is a note that Lifeguards are to refer to the SLSQ Employee Enterprise Agreement for the conditions that do apply to Lifeguards.
This section also contains the role descriptions and capability statements for Lifeguards and Senior Lifeguards.

Returning Uniform After Completion of Work/ Termination

Purpose

When Lifeguards finish their employment the below procedure is to be followed.

Procedure

When Lifeguards choose to leave employment with SLSQ or are terminated from employment the lifeguard is responsible for returning the following;

  • All SLSQ Uniforms (excluding sunglasses and swimwear)
  • All keys for Lifeguard facilities
  • Another equipment or gear that belongs to SLSQ

Any SLSQ or Lifeguard equipment is to be returned directly to the Lifeguard Supervisor
