Activities for Step 7 (Online Offer)

Each step includes a section specifying the activities that are common during this stage of an Offer Management case. Offer Management users may add an additional activity at any stage if required. When using the Online Offer functionality, the default activities that appear under the Activity Description in all offer management cases are:

• Offer Transmittal Message
• Offer Letter Document

If applicable and provided the correct relevant entries were made in the earlier steps, other activities may also automatically appear in the list:

• Offer Transmittal Message
• Offer Letter Document
• Release Request Document
• Financial Disclosure
• Permanent Residency
• Note Verbale

All Online Templates may be edited; however, since these are standard templates that have been approved by OHR and cleared by OLA, no substantive changes should be made therein.

At the start of the process, the Activity Status of all activities is displayed as Pending document generation. The Release Request Document may have a different Activity Status if it was initiated in Step 1.

Even if the Note Verbale is not part of the Online Offer, this template should be submitted to the signatory for approval otherwise the signatory will not be able to submit the Online Offer to the candidate.

As the processing of each template progresses, the Activity Status changes after specific actions have been taken, as follows:
