1. Click Save to save any entries you have made.
  2. To move forward with the case:
    1. Click Submit to submit all data entries and changes for this step:


    2. Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm:


    3. The Offer Management Progress Detail page will appear with Step 2: Job Offer Request marked as Completed and Step 3: Request Index Number and Step 4: Validate Job Offer Request will be available to Start.

In staff movement cases (assignment, reassignments and transfers) all Offer Management steps will be processed by the Offer Facilitator with the exception of Step 6, which will be processed by the Offer Endorser).

For recruitment cases external to the Secretariat like initial appointments, reappointments, interagency movements and secondment from Government, the Offer Manager takes over from the Offer Facilitator starting from Step 3 with Offer Endorser involvement in Step 6. Refer to Offer Management Steps for process details.
