Active Cases Tab (For All OM Roles)

1. Once an offer management case has been initiated for a candidate, any of the authorized offer management user roles linked to the relevant department and business unit may access and work on the case through the Active Cases page.
   
   
   
   
2. The Online Offer Status filter in the Active Cases tab helps users of the inspira OM Module narrow their search, making it easier to identify cases where action is required.
   The following Online Offer Status are available:

• Accepted by candidate
• In progress with OM/OF
• In progress with signatory
• Pending document generation
• Returned by signatory
• Review requested by candidate
• Signed by signatory
• Submitted to candidate
• Submitted to signatory
• Template generated

For example, select In Progress with signatory or Returned by signatory from the drop-down list and click on Search.
