When Offer Facilitators click on OK to start the Offer Management process for a case under the Cases to be Initiated tab, the system records the case as active. Offer Facilitator may continue working on the case in that view, but if for any reason they exit from the current view, the case will no longer be accessible under the Cases to be Initiated tab. It may be retrieved under the Active Cases tab.
- Log into inspira and open Offer Management Dashboard.
- In the Active Cases Tab, search for the case.
- The Offer Management Progress Detail page opens
- Search for the offer management case in the Active Cases tab. Then, click Start to begin Step 1 which will open the Confirm Interest/Request PHP/Release Request page.
