- Click on the look-up icon to select the Umoja Position Number.
- Indicate Duty Station Classification.
Always use the look-up to select the position number. Once an Umoja position number is selected in step 2, it is locked and cannot be modified , it is locked and cannot be modified until Step 11. Tip 7: Updating Position Details in Step 11
The designation process as promulgated in ST/SGB/2005/7 was abolished effective 1 July 2020. Therefore, select No for all cases. Designation was the former process used for confirming that the selected candidate has the requisite qualifications and experience to perform significant functions in the management of financial, human and physical resources assigned to them to provide consistency in the application of the organization’s regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
