When finalizing the offer management case, the HR Partner ascertains that the candidate has completed all requirements and, when applicable, has obtained their visas and/or travel documents. At this stage, the offer management case may be closed after providing the Reporting for Duty date and, when applicable, completing the travel arrangements.
Bear in mind that candidates provide their Candidate Availability Date in the MyOnboarding portal upon their confirmation of interest in the position which should be taken into consideration when arranging for the travel to the new duty station and/or Reporting for Duty date.
