Request Medical Clearance in the inspira OM module

1. To request for medical clearance and create a case in EarthMed click Yes to the question Create a case and request for Medical Clearance in EarthMed?. The question will determine the clearance path. By default, the Offer Facilitator/Offer Manager should indicate Yes.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose Clearance Category from the following options:

Expand each option for a description:

Change of Duty Station

Used for any movement to a different duty station, including field missions, as required.

Pre-Recruitment

Used for any initial appointment or Reappointment.

Type of Job

Used for those additional examinations required for specific jobs (e.g., any specific testing for security staff).

3. Select the corresponding Employment Group:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Initiate Medical Clearance:
   
   
   
   
5. Once Medical Clearance is initiated, the corresponding Activity Status is automatically updated to Clearance Requested. This will also disable the ability to create a Medical Certificate in the same case; Activity Status for Request for Medical Certificate automatically changes to Not Applicable.
   
   
   
   
6. Based on the decision by DHMOSH/Medical Office, the Activity Status changes automatically to either Fit or Not Fit.
