1. Click Start to begin Step 11, which will open the Reporting for Duty page.


  2. The Starting Date field defaults to blank. Offer Management users will be required to enter this date based on the agreed reporting date or, if travel is involved, the travel date.


  3. When necessary, update the Umoja Position Number previously entered in Step 2. This may be relevant in a situation where the position was not yet available when the offer management case was initiated, as it sometimes happens for start-up offices. Under the Position Details section, click on the look-up icon and select the new position number from the look-up table. Once done, the Is Postion changed? indicator will show a checkmark next to it.


  4. Each step includes a section specifying the activities that are common during this stage of an Offer Management case. Offer Management users may add an additional activity at any stage if required. The travel Activity Status should be updated, as appropriate, to Requested, Completed or Not Applicable. If no travel is involved, select Not Applicable. When travel is involved and arrangements have been requested and subsequently finalized, select Completed.


  5. Click Submit to submit all data entries and changes for this step.
  6. Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm.


  7. The Offer Management Progress Detail Page will appear with Step 11: Reporting for Duty marked as Completed.
