Any document or file that the candidate should review as part of the Offer of Appointment may be added as an attachment, e.g, Conditions of Service or other entity-specific documents for the candidate’s review. Make sure to add all necessary attachments at this point; adding attachments after submitting the case to the Signatory will no longer be possible.

Any document that is for internal use and not meant for the candidate should be attached under the Activities for the step section or under the Attachments section at the bottom of the page.

  1. Click on Add Attachment





    Make sure to attach all documents that the candidate should review as part of the Offer of Appointment. After submitting the case to the Signatory, it will no longer be possible to add attachments to the Offer.


  2. Click on Choose File.


  3. Select the file and click on Open.


  4. Click on Upload.


  5. Add the Description.


  6. Add instructions in the Candidate Instructions box, which will be displayed to the candidate in the My Onboarding portal.
