Completing Step 6

1. To return the case to the Offer Facilitator or Offer Manager to make any necessary changes:
   1. Enter Endorser’s comments.
   2. Click on Return to Review.
   3. Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm,
      
      
      
      
   4. The Offer Management Progress Detail page will appear with Step 5: Determine Grade and Step marked as In Progress.
2. To endorse the grade and step for the case:
   1. Click Endorse.
      
      
      
      
   2. Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm.
      
      
      
      
   3. The Offer Management Progress Detail page displays with;
   • Step 6: Endorse Candidate Grade and Step marked as Completed and
   • Step 7: Offer Documents, Step 8: Request for Medical Clearance and Step 9: Request for Reference Checks will be available for the Offer Facilitator or Offer Manager to Start.
