Offer management cases that do not lead to the candidate reporting for duty are considered incomplete; nonetheless, these cases need to be closed in inspira‘s OM module in order to allow the selection of another candidate. The common reasons for an incomplete offer management case are: candidate does not respond to the offer of appointment within the prescribed deadline; candidate declines or rejects the offer; candidate is not medically cleared; candidate visa could not be obtained; candidate failed reference verification; or factors concerning the Organization’s operational circumstances.
Note that an incomplete case that has been subsequently closed may be reopened.
