The Determination of Onboarding Method drives the corresponding process flows and governs the offer document templates that are generated in subsequent steps.
There are seven (7) onboarding methods that can be categorized into two groups:

Selecting either Interagency Movement, Secondment from Government, Reassignment, Assignment or Transfer will enable additional data fields which need to be completed accordingly. Interagency Movement and Secondment from Government are sub-sections of Onboarding Method.
