Based on the calculations done in the previous steps, this section will display the emolument data based on one-year duration as reference.

Select the relevant option for Offer Revision as follows:

Expand each option for a description:

Not Applicable

If you are creating the offer document for the first time.

Amendment

When the candidate has already accepted the offer and subsequently raises an issue which warrants an amendment.
An amendment should not be made if the candidate has not accepted the original offer

Cancelled and Superseded

For inspira selections: This option cannot be selected manually. The Cancelled and Superseded option will automatically be displayed if and when the Offer Manager / Offer Facilitator accepts the request of the candidate for a review of the online offer. (Candidate Requests Review of the Offer).
For non-inspira selections: When the candidate has not accepted the offer before an issue is raised that requires a revision. It may also be a case where HR notices a mistake before the applicant signs.

In case Cancelled and Superseded is selected, the following paragraph is inserted into the offer template when it is re-generated:
This offer of appointment cancels and supersedes the offer of appointment made to you on [ORIGINAL PRINT DATE]

This is mostly when the applicant requests more steps by which the Offer Manager needs to recalculate the level and step in light of additional work experience provided by the applicant (documents to be attached), and an override is required to allow the addition of more steps. The same applies when the applicant moved to a different country than that listed in the PHP which would affect the place of recruitment and travel. In such cases, a new offer is issued with the cancel and supersedes clause. Other examples include: correction of Nationality for UN Purposes when the candidate has more than one nationality or a correction in the appointment duration.
