The Offer Management Dashboard

The Offer Management Dashboard displays cases where recruitments and selections were processed inside, as well as outside, of inspira.

The Offer Management Dashboard organizes the offer management cases into into eight categories with a tab for each category, including a tab for reference and learning tools.

These eight Offer Management Dashboard tabs are:

• Interest Decision Overdue Tab
• Cases to be Initiated Tab
• Active Cases Tab
• Offers Pending My Signature
• Offer Decision Overdue
  • Granting a Deadline Extension to Candidates to Submit a Decision on their offer of appointment
  • Denying a Deadline Extension to Candidates to Submit a Decision on their offer of appointment
• Completed Cases Tab
• Cancelled/Withdrawn/Rejected Tab
• Reference & Learning Resources Tab
  

Cases where candidates have declined continued interest in the position do not move to the Offer Management Dashboard. For these instances, the record in the Recruitment Module will automatically change to Selection Declined to allow selection of another candidate.
