Click on the name of an applicant in the dashboard to open the Offer Management Progress Detail page for that specific case.
Information on the applicant, job opening, and status of the offer management case is displayed in the header of the page as well as links to the Candidate and Administrative Profiles and uploaded documents.
The middle section of the Offer Management Progress Detail page displays the steps in the offer management process with the status. Subsequent steps will appear as earlier ones are completed. Click on Start to initiate a step for the offer management case. Click on View to review the details of a step that has been completed. Steps that were initiated but not yet completed display as In Progress.
Note that although the inspira OM Module steps are displayed in order, some steps can be initiated and processed concurrently. The procedures for completing each step are covered in this Annex II: inspira Offer Management Module – Steps.
inspira OM Module users can view or manage the disposition status of a case in the Manage Disposition Status section of the Offer Management Progress Detail page.
