This option is initiated by the organization and can take place at any stage during the process until the candidate reports for duty; however, after offer acceptance, the offer can only be withdrawn if any of the pre-recruitment conditions is not met (i.e., medical clearance, visa, reference verification) as it invalidates the offer.

  1. Select the Applicable Reason from the dropdown menu.
Example: The applicant is selected, has confirmed interest, and may have received a provisional confirmation but subsequently, it becomes clear that the applicant does not have the requirements claimed in the PHP (Candidate and Administrative Profiles).

  2. Enter a comment with specifics of the reason the offer is being withdrawn.
  3. Click Submit to submit all data changes.
  4. Click OK to confirm that you wish to submit all the changes.

Always inform the applicant that the job offer is being withdrawn before making any changes in Manage Disposition Status, as the applicant’s application history will automatically be updated, and this decision is irrevocable.
