Completing Step 7: Candidate Accepts the Offer of Appointment

After the candidate accepts the Offer of Appointment, the Activity Status of Offer Letter Document changes to Accepted by Candidate. When applicable, the Activity Status of Permanent Residency also changes to Accepted by Candidate. All other documents submitted to the candidate will remain as Submitted to candidate.

1. Review the case. Click on Offer Letter Document Online Template to review the candidate’s acceptance.
2. Click on Submit to complete Step 7.
   
   
   
   
3. When a Note Verbale is a required activity in Step 7, the Activity Status should show as Approved by Signatory.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

The Offer Management Progress Detail page displays with;

• Step 7: Offer Documents marked as Completed and
• Step 10: Confirmation of Offer and Visa and Step 11: Reporting for Duty will be available to Start.
