Managing Disposition of Cases Where the Visa was Not Obtained

1. Email the applicant to inform him that the offer is being withdrawn due to failed Visa requirement.
2. Ensure to attach the email correspondence for proper auditing.
3. Update the Activity Status to Denied and click Save.
   
   
   
   
4. Only after all the information is attached should the Manage Disposition Status be updated to record that the offer would have to be withdrawn due to the applicant not being able to obtain the necessary Visa documents. For inspira job opening, updating the Manage Disposition with this status will close the case and the applicant’s application history in inspira is automatically updated. This will allow the selection of another recommended applicant in inspira.
