Processing an offer management case requires validation of the candidate’s personal details as well as the details of the position for which they were selected. The HR Partner should correct information on the candidate and the position, when necessary, in the inspira OM module so the offer document issued reflects the correct terms and conditions of their employment with the Organization and in compliance with UN Staff Rules and Regulations.


Any change in the candidate’s personal details as discussed in Chapter 5 (Confirmation of Continued Interest in the Position), should be reflected in the inspira OM Module, as necessary.

It is also necessary to indicate in the inspira OM Module the status of the candidate as it relates to the following considerations:

In addition, it is recommended to anticipate and ascertain the travel and visa requirements of the candidate early in the process to allow for timely processing.
