The Signatory and Delegated Signatory are designated HR Practitioners with delegated authority to sign the Release Request and/or Offer Documents. The look-up values for the Signatory and Delegated Signatory fields are limited to those with the Offer Endorser role for the business unit or processing office. There is also the option to send reminders to the signatory in case of no action has been taken after a pre-set number of days.

- Click in the Signatory field.
- Search for relevant Signatory and/or Delegated Signatory and click on the corresponding name to select it.
- From the drop-down list next to Set reminder when the Signatory has not taken action, select the timeframe after which a reminder will be sent; 2, 5 or 7 days, and indicate if repeated reminders should be sent.
