Completing Step 1

1. Click Save to save any entries you have made.
2. Click Submit to submit all data entries and changes for this step
   
   
   
3. Click OK in the pop-up window to confirm.
   
   
   
   
4. The Offer Management Progress Detail page will appear with Step 1: Confirm Interest/Request PHP/Release Request marked as Completed and Step 2: Job Offer Request marked will be available to Start.

For inspira selections that require a Release Request: Step 1 may be completed without generating the Release Request Document; it may be generated and completed in Step 7. However, if the Release Request Document is generated in Step 1, processing of the succeeding steps may proceed, but Step 11 cannot be completed without completing Step 1. Step 1 can only be completed after the Releasing Officer has accepted or rejected the Online Release Request.

For non-inspira selections, the Offer Facilitator may work on Step 1 and Step 2 concurrently, but Step 2 cannot be completed unless Step 1, Confirm Applicant Interest & PHP Update and Release Request, has been completed to show Activity Status of Confirmed Interest and Release Approved (or Not Applicable), respectively.
