The inspira OM Module provides a comprehensive end-to-end onboarding tool for Human Resources (HR) practitioners in the Executive Offices/Processing Offices/Service Providers and Human Resources Services of the UN Secretariat.

By providing users with a flexible and efficient tool for documenting the job offer process through the selection and entry of data fields and the recording of notes, attachments and additional activities, an accurate record is created to document when and how a job offer is processed.

For the majority of the actions performed in each of the steps in the inspira OM Module, a corresponding date is recorded in the system allowing designated HR practitioners to monitor the offer management process.

The Offer Management process from initiation to completion of a job offer entails three inspira roles:

  • Offer Facilitator (OF)
  • Offer Manager (OM)
  • Offer Endorser (OE)
