Visa

1. Submit the actual visa request outside of the Offer Management module but ensure to record and append documentation accordingly.
2. Update the Activity Status accordingly:

Expand each option for a description:

Pending

Initial status as the request needs to be generated.

Requested

When the visa request has been sent. (Attach the offer and email the applicant prior to changing the status)

Completed

When the visa has been granted.

Denied

When the visa has been denied to the applicant. In this case, the Offer Management disposition will have to be updated accordingly.

Not Applicable

In the case the applicant does not require a Visa for this Offer Management case. In this case, update the Activity Status and click Save.
