Each step includes a section specifying the activities that are common during this stage of an Offer Management case. Offer Management users may add an additional activity at any stage if required. The default activity for Step 3 is Request Index Number.
Refer to the Global Index Requestor and Administrator in Umoja Job Aid and process the activities as follows:
- If the Selected Applicant has an Index Number
- If the Selected Applicant does not have an Index Number
